HOW TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL SPRAY TAN2024-08-05T21:35:06+00:00

Days leading up to your spray tan you should be exfoliating daily. Pay special attention to your rougher areas like, elbows and knees, ankles and knuckles.

All hair removal should be complete 24 hours prior to your tan.

The day of your appointment avoid all lotions, oil based exfoliating products, gels or waxing/shaving creams. These could leave a residue on your skin and deny the solution the opportunity to adhere properly to your skin.

Do not wear makeup, cream, sunscreen or perfume to your tanning appointment.

If you require a shower prior to your tan, please take it 3 hours prior to your session and rinse only.

We do have a bottoms policy & recommend wearing dark baggy clothes to avoid and unwanted transfer post tan.

HOW CAN YOU BEST MAINTAIN YOUR SPRAY TAN2024-08-05T22:14:15+00:00

After the appropriate time has lapsed to RINSE your tan off the best approach is…..moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!!!

We highly recommend the Hemps body lotions or even coconut oil to best maintain your tan. Avoid exfoliating, waxing or shaving during the lifecycle of your tan as best you can.

Once your tan is starting to fade, a nice hot shower or bath with an exfoliating mitt should do the trick to remove any remnants.

IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME LASH CLIENT….2024-08-05T21:57:14+00:00

With proper technique your new lashes will look and feel completely real. Each application is customized to suit the individual. We offer maybe dimensions of lashes and several different curls with lengths ranging from 5mm to 14mm. During the application we carefully select different lengths to replicate the shape and frame of a natural lash line. The thickness is determined by the health and thickness of your natural lashes as well as personal preference. The overall effect is added curl, thickness and length, opening up the eye for added definition.

During the service we will use eye pads to secure your bottom lashes and your eyes will remained closed for the duration of the service. We do ask between eyes if you need a quick washroom break before starting the second eye.

Most clients find the beds so cozy they doze off. A full set service ranges from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the set you select.

We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks if you are looking to maintain your extensions.

LIVING WITH LASHES – WHAT TO EXPECT2024-08-05T21:55:38+00:00

Extensions really are a dream for your morning routines but that doesn’t mean they don’t need to be kept clean and groomed. We highly recommend daily lash baths (you can purchase the lash bath kit in studio for $20 and it will last you up to 6 months!) You will be sent home with a fresh spoolie from every appointment so keeping one with your skincare routine is recommended. If you are a volume lash girl, you can use your blow dryer on cool and low to help dry them.

You can expect to lose a couple lashes a day, this is completely normal. The natural lash cycle ranges from 2-4 months based on the individual so your natural lashes will shed with an extension attached to it over time. Our lashes are like any other hair on our body so it does grow at a pretty efficient rate. If you notice your lashes feel like they are getting further and further from your lash line, don’t panic, book a fill! We will pop off the grown out extensions and replace them with ones closer to the lash line. Again, this is very normal and why we recommend booking your fill appointments every 2-3 weeks. Grown out lashes can cause your natural lash to fall out quicker then it should so getting your fills will help maintain your natural lashes best.

If you are experiencing discomfort, please contact your last artist. We always try our best to ensure isolation and placement is perfect but if you are experiencing pulling, twisting or flipping lashes we should definitely take a look to fix the problem. Lash extensions should be hassle free and painless.

HOW TO PREP FOR YOUR MAKEUP TRIAL2024-08-05T22:08:46+00:00

Brides should always wear white for your bridal trial. This will give us the best gauge of how the makeup will look on your big day. If your bridesmaids are joining you for their trials, try to wear a similar color to the bridesmaid dresses.

Be sure to bring a couple inspiration photos of what you are looking for! This will give the girls a great place to start. If there is an absolute must have in your look, be sure to bring it with you so the girls can try and match.

Book your appointment in the morning so you can see how the makeup wears for the day and in all sorts of natural and artificial lighting. If you have a bridal shower or bachelorette coming up we can try and schedule the trial to have perfect makeup for the day. There will likely be lots of pictures at events so it will give you an opportunity to see how it turns out in photos.
